3 ways to attend ISTE 2015 virtually
Few professional learning experiences surpass the face-to-face experience of exploring ed tech with your peers. Traveling to a new city, finally meeting up with your virtual peeps in person and immersing yourself in the collaborative energy of ISTE 2015 all combine to create a powerful learning environment where you can’t help but soak up new knowledge about the latest tools, tips and ideas.
But what if you're not able to make it to Philly? No worries. You can still be a part of the learning. Here are three ways to participate in the conference without traveling:
1. Join us online for ISTE Live.
Attend not just one, but three full days of real-time conference learning with ISTE Live, the virtual component of ISTE 2015. Wherever you are, you’ll get to watch all three keynotes, including inspiring talks from award-winning journalist Soledad O’Brien; Jack Gallagher, comedian, former educator and father of a teen with autism; and previous Illinois Teacher of the Year and ISTE Emerging Leader Josh Stumpenhorst. You’ll also get access to an additional 18 hours of recordings from some of the best sessions at ISTE 2015, peer-moderated chat discussions, exclusive post-session presenter Q&A interviews and daily birds-of-a-feather peer networking sessions.
