From the Classroom: Best Tech Practice Video of the Week- "Fair Use" in a Digital World

Teacher Novella Bailey of West Side Collaborative Middle School in NYC uses video lessons to teach the concept of "fair use" to her students. After watching the mash-up videos, students must determine if fair use is in play, and cite evidence to support their views. Supporting materials include a video transcript and lesson plan.
