MDR Announces EdNEXT, Next Generation Education Industry Conference
SHELTON, Conn. – March 5, 2018 – MDR, a division of Dun & Bradstreet, today announced EdNEXT, the next generation of its premier education industry conference, EdNET. Leveraging the experience of nearly three decades of successful EdNET conferences, EdNEXT is now more accessible and will provide service providers, nonprofits, associations, corporate foundations and other groups who want to reach and engage educators, youth and parents, with highly actionable tactics and strategies.
2018 EdNEXT events will be held in Chicago, New York and San Francisco in September. Dates and locations will be announced in April 2018. Each event will feature five hands-on professional development sessions where attendees can discover new strategies for marketing to educators and sharpen their skills for selling.
“Transforming our conference into three daylong events in cities around the country provides the opportunity for more people in the education industry to participate,” said Kristina James, director of marketing, MDR. “EdNEXT will offer the same high-quality content and presenters that people have come to expect from MDR conferences.”
Registration is $169 per person with group discounts of $99 for three or more attendees. In addition, with local attendees not needing to book costly flights and hotel rooms, EdNEXT is a more affordable opportunity to attend an education industry conference. The new one-day format also means that attendees can get the information that they need to inform their organizations’ growth and development without being out of the office for multiple days. Space for each event is limited and attendees will need to apply to attend.
Note: The EdNEXT regional events replace the EdNET 2018 conference in Orlando, which was previously announced.
