This school-made site honors 'The Greatest Generation' - the men and women who served our country in WWII. Teachers of social studies will appreciate the very detailed timelines of the pre-war and post-war periods as well as of the war itself, both European and Pacific Theaters. Teachers of Language Arts will appreciate the oral histories, with accompanying written texts, provided by these vets, most of whom are now in their 70s and 80s.
