This is the Declaration of Independence in high resolution as you have never seen it before. The instructions explain how to navigate this highly interactive site. It is viewable in three modes - as text accompanying the actual document, as a painting of the signing of the Declaration, and as a map with links to the signers’ hometowns. Clicking on the name of a founding father brings up his signature on the document, a biography, a portrait, and his hometown on the map.
