The Gettysburg National Military Park provides a very complete "virtual tour" of the Battle of Gettysburg. Each day of the battle is fully described through narrative, maps, and pictures. Of particular interest is the description of the aftermath of the battle when 22,000 wounded soldiers poured into the town and surrounding area and 5,500 soldiers had to be buried.
