School Site of the Month
published
The Web site for Valley Center Middle School in Valley Center, Calif. (www.vcpusd.k12.ca.us/VCMS/MSWeb03_04/index.htm), is built and maintained entirely by seventh- and eighth-grade advanced computer students. Each student is responsible for regularly updating his or her assigned area, usually weekly. Because the site is designed by students, for students, you won't find lunch menus and handbooks here: Activities, clubs, sports, and updates on the new Lilac Elementary School predominate. Visit the Technology area of the site to see projects created by students in grades 6 through 8.
