Daylight Saving Time

It seems that Daylight Saving Time begins earlier and earlier every year. In 1966 DST began on the last Sunday in April, and now, with the Energy Policy Act of 2005, it begins on the second Sunday in March, which falls on March 10 this year. Find out about the reasoning behind having Daylight Saving Time, some of the odd ramifications of changing the clock, and many of the objections to having Daylight Saving Time at all. Not all countries observe DST and those that do begin and end DST on different dates. Included on the site is a handy chart that shows which countries use DST and when the clock changes occur.
