Name:C E Byrd High School
Although they have just one hour each day to devote to the task, students at C.E. Byrd High School, located in Shreveport, LA, created and maintain their school’s Web site. It’s an ambitious undertaking that includes information for students and parents.
How to use the site:
This site is actually a blog. The students have chosen to allow comments to be added to postings in several places. Just a few are posted at this point, but there’s potential here. This is also true for the Forum area where students are invited to post their two cents worth on a variety of topics. The monthly activities calendar includes a nice feature. By clicking on an individual event, you can open a pop-up window that provides greater detail.
