The Toshiba STEMpowerment Project is a year-long campaign tied to the 20th anniversary of the Toshiba/ NSTA ExploraVision Awards, the K–12 science and technology competition. the STEMpowerment Project will kick off with Mario Armstrong’s DREAM, CREATE, GO! STEM Roadshow, a series of free events across the country designed to inspire teachers, parents, and students in STEM. this road show is being presented in conjunction with the Toshiba/NSTA ExploraVision competition, which challenges teams of two to four students to research scientific principles and current technologies to see where those technologies will be in 20 years.
