State and National Progress in Tech Implementation

We've gotten better at keeping up with local assessment of our use of instructional technology. However, I'm not sure how we stack up against other schools around the country. Where can I find that information?
Local measurements are important, but I agree that it is very helpful to compare your site or district's goals and progress to what's happening at state and national levels. Education Week's annual Technology Counts Report provides the general information you to do that. It also points toward hot topics at these levels.
The 2007 report is called The Digital Decade.
