John Costanzo, who has served as superintendent of Ohio's Athens-Meigs Educational Service Center (AMESC) since1998, is retiring after 37 years of service in public education.
William Buckley, retired superintendent of the Meigs Local School District, will step in as interim superintendent and serve until a new AMESC administrator is hired.
