Readabilty by Tim Lauer
Readabilty is a web browser bookmarklet that allows you to display the full text of an article in a text only minimalist view, stripping out advertisements, images and other web page clutter. Basically it will render just the text of the article allowing you to focus on reading. It works well with most sites, but in some cases it is best to display the print version of a page (a print view option is available on most news and magazine web sites...) before invoking the tool. To use Readability, first visit the Readability web site, follow the simple instructions for configuring your Readability view, and then save the bookmarklet to your browser bookmarks. You can do this easily by just dragging the bookmarklet link to your to bookmarks menu. That's basically all you need to do. The next time you visit a long article that you would like to read in text view, just click the bookmarklet and Readability will load the text only view.
