New platform aims to extend student assemblies
Everloop.com has announced a new assembly platform that allows speakers and students to continue the dialogue once the assembly is over.
“One of the challenges I face as a speaker is making sure my message lasts beyond the initial presentation. The Everloop platform gives me and other speakers the opportunity to expand the conversation and really connect with the kids we are trying to reach on a different level.”
Former NFL star turned author and motivational speaker Tim Green is the first person to use the Everloop Assembly Kit. Green was recently awarded Everloop’s inaugural EverAchiever Award, given to people making a positive difference in kids lives. He visits schools across the country talking to kids at assemblies about the importance of education, reading books and good character. Green has spoken to more than 200,000 children at schools throughout the U.S.
“Millions of kids attend assemblies every year, but until now there hasn’t been a way to keep the discussion going when the assembly ends,” said Hilary DeCesare, Everloop’s Co-founder and CEO. “Now, instead of going back to class and forgetting what they just saw, our Everloop Assembly Kit allows kids to connect with the speaker online and get involved with other kids through a loop.”
As part of the program, Tim Green will have a loop on Everloop.com where kids can continue to engage with others, find more information on Tim’s award-winning books and ask him questions. The loop also includes several sports-themed games that kids can play with their friends.
“The Everloop Assembly Platform is an idea that is long overdue,” said Tim Green. “One of the challenges I face as a speaker is making sure my message lasts beyond the initial presentation. The Everloop platform gives me and other speakers the opportunity to expand the conversation and really connect with the kids we are trying to reach on a different level.”
Everloop is an online site for kids to connect with friends, play games, discover new talents, create and have fun.
