“MsEdtechie” to Keynote South Carolina Statewide Conference June 15
Brown helps break down traditional classroom walls by creating a culture that fosters the 4C’s and authentic learning.
Patricia Brown, a.k.a MsEdtechie, will keynote South Carolina’s first statewide conference, SCPivotCON, on June 15, 2021.
As a 19-year veteran educator, Brown helps break down traditional classroom walls by creating a culture that fosters the 4C’s and authentic learning. At SCPivotCON, she will share her passion about closing the digital equity divide through access and opportunity and sharing practical techniques to create meaningful technology interactions and make global connections.
Brown’s inspiring keynote will kick off SCPivotCON, a practitioner-based conference for educators and innovators produced by Tech & Learning. Any school staff is invited to attend SCPivotCON to celebrate and share what we have learned during the pandemic. Attend to reflect with others, share your story, learn new digital tools for in-person learning and beyond, collaboratively tackle gaps COVID has exposed, and assist in planning for the 'renewed normal.' SCPivotCON will offer an interactive experience with multiple sessions every hour. Attendees can personalize their schedules to create an individualized program that meets their unique professional development needs.
Agenda topics will include:
- Tips for personalizing learning
- Digital and virtual school best practices
- Effective practices for leadership and learning
- Tech tools and best practices
- And more!
This experience will enable you to learn and share best practices, tools, and hot topics. School staff can learn more about this event and register for free here. Interested in sponsoring? Contact Allison.Knapp@futurenet.com.
