LEAD College Prep Charter School in Gary, Indiana has implemented classroom observation and walkthrough software from observe4success.
LEAD’s principal, Nehemiah Thomas was formerly the principal of a successful charter school in Kansas City. He began using observe4success in his Kansas City school during the 2011-2012 school year. The 2012-2013 school year brought major changes as Thomas and his family relocated to Indiana where he took over the position of principal at LEAD College Prep Charter School in Gary.
