SciQuest, Inc., provider of on-demand strategic procurement and supplier management solutions, today announced that the Houston Independent School District (HISD) has selected SciQuest’s Supplier Diversity solutions to support its supplier diversity program.
The Houston Independent School District is the seventh largest public school system in the nation and the largest in Texas. The organization, which is responsible for more than 202,000 students and encompasses 301 square miles within greater Houston, is implementing SciQuest’s technology to help understand its suppliers’ diversity certifications and ensure that those certifications are valid and accurate.
