HMH Reader iPad app launched

Houghton Mifflin Harcourt (HMH) today launched the HMH reader – a new iPad app for K-6 grade students designed to improve and reinforce literacy skills.
The app, available for use in the classroom or as an after-school supplement, augments reading instruction with bookmarking, audio and highlighting. The reader features grade-appropriate non-fiction and fiction texts to improve fluency and comprehension and is aligned with Common Core standards and supports the Journeys and Literacy by Design reading programs.
