The acquisition represents a strategic investment in the development of secure data analytics at HMH, enabling educators to have greater insight into individual learners. This acquisition includes edFusionTM, a unified architecture and data management system which facilitates real-time data analysis, standards-based application integration, optimized reporting, and secure, delegated access for students, educators, administrators and parents.
HMH will continue to serve Choice Solutions’ customer base, which includes several government organizations, including 15 State Departments of Education. The acquisition will include all Choice Solutions employees, who will become an integrated part of HMH.
