Phyllis Spiegel McGill, a former assistant superintendent in the Chatham (NY) Central School District, has been hired as the new superintendent of schools in the Onteora Central School District. McGill is currently director of special services in the Katonah-Lewisboro School District and previously was a tenured elementary school principal in the Amsterdam City School District.
