Question: I use an iBook running OS 10.2.6, and use Entourage to collect mail. I've been experiencing repeated unexpected quits when I put in my password to collect my mail. What could be causing that?

Several things could cause this problem, and there are ways to fix it. The culprit is most likely a corrupted preference file. Try deleting "Entourage Preferences" in your user folder. The path to this file is your home/user folder, Library folder, Preferences folder, Microsoft folder. You also may need to rebuild your mailbox database.
