Tip:
Individual learning plans (ILP)s) can be online or paper-based. However, evidence of meeting the teacher's goals needs to be in digital form as an electronic portfolio which can include:
- Examples of completed projects.
- Evidence of understanding how to use different technology
- Samples of student work
- Reflections on what they learned, what worked, and what did not work
Any demonstration or performance that shows understanding may be expected from all teachers. Having all evidence in a digital form such as a CD or web page makes everything accessible to an administrator or possible employer.
