Duval County Schools Chooses Assessment Solution
LearningStation, provider of customized K-12 assessment software, announces that LearningStation Insight has been implemented into Duval County’s nearly 200 schools.
The LearningStation team worked closely with Duval County administrators to customize the solution for the large district. Nearly 90,000 questions were created in over 10,000 distinct tests, totaling more than 1,000,000 individual tests taken within Duval County Schools since its implementation.
LearningStation assessment solutions include LS Insight, LS Analyze and SIS or SIF Integration, all of which are cloud-based. LS Insight allows administrators to develop standard-aligned assessments that are tracked and delivered to students on tablets, interactive whiteboards, and response devices, as well as paper. Reports are created from the collected data and can be used to identify achievement gaps.
“LearningStation is proud to support a forward thinking school district such as Duval County. It was fantastic to work with their administrators to create a solution that suits their needs and assist them in meeting their assessment vision,” said CEO Jim Kirchner. “It is very important for my team and me to understand the goals of our customers, and equally important to support them on the road to meeting and exceeding those goals.”
