Compass Learning® has announced Common Core Professional Development workshops to help educators prepare for the coming Common Core State Standards. The focus of the workshops is on using CompassLearning Odyssey® to create learning paths for students that align with Common Core State Standards in math, English language arts and writing.
The Common Core Professional Development workshops aim to help educators understand the major shifts taking place in teaching Common Core math, English language arts, and writing in three segments: introductory, implementation and evaluation. Additionally, the workshops identify ways educators can use CompassLearning Odyssey to fully meet the Common Core State Standards inquiry and rigor.
