Question: For some reason, there are some Email messages that I cannot delete in MS Entourage for Macintosh. Any suggestions?

Any time you have irregular behavior using MS Entourage on a Mac, it is a good idea to rebuild your Entourage mail database.
Do this by holding down option when you double click the Entourage program to open it. Basic and advanced rebuilds are available. Microsoft has more instructions and information about this process on “ How to rebuild your identity database in Entourage."
Generally, after rebuilding your Entourage mail database, irregular behaviors like the one you describe no longer occur.
