ACCEL Schools has partnered with PublicSchoolWORKS, provider of online safety and regulatory compliance programs for K-12 schools, to provide comprehensive safety training across all 50 of its charter schools in Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota, and Colorado. Starting in the 2019-20 school year, more than 1,500 staff will receive school-specific training via PublicSchoolWORKS’ EmployeeSafe Suite.
EmployeeSafe provides schools and districts with access to 500+ online safety courses. This includes courses they are required to deploy to employees, including Suicide Prevention, Restraint and Seclusion, and more, as well as courses on other important safety topics, including Slips, Trips, and Falls or Ladder Safety. Once assigned, employees take courses anytime, anywhere they have access to the internet.
