Edgenuity is implementing live lessons for its virtual World Language courses.
Beginning this summer, the new “World Language Live Lesson” add-on will allow students to access virtual Extended Learning Teachers –provided by Edgenuity– that teach live, weekly lessons alongside Edgenuity’s existing courses and virtual instruction. The Extended Learning Teachers provide an engaging learning experience in which students can interact with teachers and fellow students, practice speaking the language and receive real-time feedback from expert professionals.

The Extended Learning Teachers draw from multiple aspects of a particular region to craft lessons that aim to both increase language knowledge and expand cultural understanding. These lessons are designed to align with current events, relevant national celebrations and the students’ broader curriculum.
