Today, Adobe revealed the findings of a study, Seeking Creative Candidates: Hiring for the Future about how hiring managers view creativity in job candidates. The survey of more than 1,000 U.S. hiring managers revealed that eight in 10 view creativity as important to success and 78 percent believe it is required for economic growth, but 69 percent find that students are unprepared for the workplace of tomorrow.
