Dispatcher Phoenix Release 4.0 now allows end users to scan and upload files to leading cloud storage service providers such as Box, Dropbox and Microsoft OneDrive. Additional new features include advanced forms processing and PDF data extraction.
Dispatcher Phoenix Release 4.0 integrates directly into the Konica Minolta bizhub MFP control panel and offers file conversion and integration with content management systems and cloud-based storage providers. With Forms Processing, documents can be organized and identified and unique identifiers can be processed and extracted using pattern matching technology.
Dispatcher Phoenix Education is tailored for schools that need to automate document processing of educational records. It includes advanced OCR, file conversion, intelligent redaction, metadata creation, connectors to Microsoft SharePoint and cloud storage service providers, document indexing and file browsing at the bizhub MFP control panel, and more.
