Call for Entries: Adobe Design Achievement Awards
This week Adobe announced the call for entries for its 14th annual Adobe Design Achievement Awards(ADAA), a student design competition. The ADAA competition is for individuals and groups who produce work using Adobe’s creative tools and services such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Submissions are eligible in one of 11 categories from three segments: Traditional Media; Interactive Experience; and Motion and Video.
An international panel of design expert judges will choose the category and Grand Prize winners, who will be announced in October in conjunction with the Adobe MAX event to be held in Los Angeles. The contest will honor eleven category winners, as well as three Grand Prize winners and offer mentorship opportunities. Fifty students will be chosen to receive a 3-month mentorship in 2014, with an additional 450 students to receive a portfolio review by an industry professional. More information regarding the ADAA mentorship program can be found here.
Deadline for entries is June 20, 2014 at 5pm PST.
