Educator evaluation software gets new look
Truenorthlogic announces a new look and feel for the platform’s evaluation interface, the K-12 Talent Management system.
Many school districts and states across the country are implementing teacher, leader and staff evaluation systems aimed at improving student achievement. Truenorthlogic’s online evaluation system also supports district and state efforts to comply with Race to the Top grants and Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) Flexibility. The web-based system to manage the evaluation process, including observations, student surveys, peer reviews, self-assessments, student growth data, and more, supports both professional growth and compliance.
“The Truenorthlogic system has become more intuitive. There are now fewer clicks, thereby making the navigation of the system more user-friendly. Users have expressed their satisfaction with the new look and feel of the system. We are very glad that Truenorthlogic has taken on this initiative,” said Dr. Terri Breeden, Assistant Superintendent of Professional Learning and Accountability at Fairfax County Public Schools (VA).
