The Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers (PARCC) today announced a series of Twitter town halls to answer questions on the new computer-based assessments aligned to the Common Core State Standards. The PARCC assessments currently being developed by a 22-state consortium are designed to replace existing state tests. They will first be given in the 2014-2015 school year.
The PARCC series of Twitter town halls will start on June 5th. Questions can be asked by using the hashtag #askPARCC.

Information about PARCC's July and August Twitter town halls will be announced in mid-June.
