Goal: One Million Hours of Job Mentoring to Students

AT&T has committed $250 million to its AT&T Aspire program to tackle the high school dropout crisis. As part of the initiative, AT&T just announced a new goal to provide students with one million hours of mentoring through its Aspire Mentoring Academy. AT&T employees will engage with students across the country through a mix of job shadowing, academic and life skills teaching and online mentoring through the use of technology.
