This month, My Big Campus added its one-millionth user to the community of K12 educators and students.
Released in 2010 as a feature of the Lightspeed Systems Web Filter, My Big Campus provides a safe social learning platform to end overblocking for teachers, provide a community for collaboration and teaching digital citizenship, simplify classroom management, and promote K12 professional development. In July 2011, the site was opened to teachers not using the Lightspeed Systems Web Filter via standalone accounts.
