StudySync announces the 2018 MyStudySyncTV contest. To enter, teams of students collaborate to produce a five-minute video for any text or skill in the StudySync library that does not already have a StudySync® TV or SkillsTV episode. Teachers then submit the student-created videos by May 1, 2018.
Teachers can guide students with the MyStudySyncTV unit, which addresses reading, writing, speaking, listening and critical thinking skills necessary to develop a successful StudySync TV-styled video. Student teams must script, film, and edit their episode, all while ensuring that it effectively delivers the lesson they intended.
StudySync’s curriculum and production team will screen the video submissions. Prizes of a $500 Amazon gift card for classroom supplies will be awarded to one middle school teacher and one high school teacher with the winning student submissions.
