StudySync has two new additions to its teacher tools. A standards search tool and an embedded gradebook aim to increase teachers’ capacity to manage and tailor instruction with StudySync’s ELA/ELL (English Language Arts/English Language Learner) program for grades 6-12. Both tools are now available for the 2017-18 school year.
The embedded gradebook provides an easy-to-view format for analyzing how students are doing on assignments. Users can filter gradebook entries by assignment type and time period, and they can view student grades by classes, groups or individuals.
The enhanced StudySync search tool now makes it easier for teachers to search the library of StudySync’s lessons for specific standards. In addition, teachers can use the tool to view how often a standard was covered by assignments as well as individual student mastery of the standard.
