I find it a pleasure when the Tech&Learning news feed churns up articles from local newspapers reporting on successful edtech initiatives in their respective districts. In Santa Maria, CA, 5th and 6th grade students are creating their own video tutorials to assist their classmates. In Decatur, IL, kids in shop class improvised a money saving solution using CAD software and a 3D printer. And in Anderson County, SC, the district is in full swing with inquiry-based and personalized learning strategies.
