Project Hope Alliance Partners With Education Companies
Project Hope Alliance, a nonprofit organization committed to ending the cycle of homelessness for Orange County families through stable housing and youth education programs, recently launched its Soaring to Success pilot program in partnership with Pearson Education and Think Through Math.
In its pilot stage, the Soaring to Success education program will build on Project Hope Alliance’s Bright Start Program model and serve as the second level education intervention. The program will focus on children in grades 3-7 served by Project Hope Alliance’s programs who require additional assistance in the classroom. As children graduate out of Bright Start, they will “fly up” to Soaring to Success.
Incorporating curriculum from Pearson Education and Think Through Math, Soaring to Success brings each child a structured, assessment- and research-based learning experience. The program offers each child a laptop with internet access and adaptive educational curriculum in reading, via Pearson Education’s SuccessMaker, and math, via Think Through Math.
