Dell Announces New Interactive Display Technologies and Dell Classroom Software at ISTE 2016

Today, Dell announced new solutions and devices for the classroom, including a lineup of displays and projectors, and a new Chrome-based software solution, Dell classroom. Features include:
- Dell Classroom: The new Chrome-based software solution is designed to promote more individualized engagement between students and teachers in the classroom. Based on conversations with its customers in education, Dell Classroom was created to foster more engagement and advance collaboration opportunities between students and teachers, as well as help advance student-centered learning.
- Interactive displays and projectors: Dell also announced the debut of three new interactive display products, for active learning, classrooms and conference rooms. The 70-inch Interactive Conference Room Monitor (C7017T) is the company’s first interactive-touch, 70-inch, full HD (1080p) monitor, and was developed as a more approachable alternative to Interactive Whiteboards (IWBs). Dell is also announcing a line of Interactive Projectors, the S560T and S560P models, offering a lower-cost alternative to interactive touch displays.
