Thingiverse MakerEd Challenge 2.0: Share Your 3D Printing Lesson Plans
To encourage educators who have experience with 3D printing to share their lesson plans with others, MakerBot is announces the Thingiverse #MakerEd Challenge 2.0. Educators can publish and discover 3D printing lesson plans on Thingiverse, complete with learning objectives and instructions.
A panel of educators will award a MakerBot Replicator Desktop 3D Printer to the best overall project. A second Replicator will be awarded to a qualifying project chosen at random.
The MakerEd Challenge 2.0. is running in conjunction with MakerBot’s recently announced series of Summer STEAM Makeathons in five major U.S. cities, where educators get practical 3D printing training, develop 3D printing lesson plans, and connect with 3D printing champions in their area.
