Do games got game?


The idea of integrating video games into curricula has been around since the days of Pacman, but their value has never really taken hold in a major way.

As gaming software get more sophisticated, not to mention fun, will it finally find its way into the classroom in a major way?
a) Absolutely. We already use educational gaming software on a regular basis, which the kids seem to love and the games are actually tied to our state curriculum and assessment standards.

b) Probably. Some of the products are getting better but still not ready for prime time instruction from what I've seen.
