Scientific Learning and uBoost starts new incentive program for kids

 Scientific Learning and uBoost Team Up to Offer Parents
 Tools for Improving Student Reading Skills, Motivating and Inspiring Learning

Like athletes building fitness levels with physical exercise, students are building reading skills with the Scientific Learning® family of education software designed to accelerate learning by improving the processing efficiency of the brain. Now through a collaboration with uBoostTM, the student recognition and rewards solution, students will be able to earn rewards as they use selected Scientific Learning software to improve their reading abilities.

This powerful combination of two top education products was announced last week at the 2009 Florida Educational Technology Conference and is expected to be launched later this year. Recognizing that keeping students motivated is critical to academic success, Scientific Learning turned to uBoost to inspire and motivate students. With uBoost, students are rewarded immediately for their progress, earning points they can redeem for prizes, such as digital assets, or turn into donations to charities of their choice.
