4-H STEM Students Building Wearable Fitness Trackers
published
4-H STEM students will be making their own wearable fitness trackers for this year’s National Youth Science Day on Oct. 4th. The flagship event will be taking place in Brooklyn, NY.
During the project, future engineers will work together to design, build and refine a wearable health-tracking device that is easy to use and aesthetically appealing. This challenge will allow kids to learn about circuitry, biometric sensors, key health indicators, data analytics, technology design and the interplay between human physiology and technology.
